We still don’t know when the Blight Dragon Elegy will be sung by Tarisland beyond sometime in October, but we can probably count Saturday, October 5th, out. That’s because the MMORPG will instead be starting an event in preparation for the season’s arrival.
The so-called Eve Carnival for the upcoming new season will let players boost their reputation and unlock season achievements and cosmetics. Beyond that players are getting another series of stories for dungeon bosses found within the Ice Tomb Fortress (or the Ice Coffin Fortress if you read the URL). We’ll not summarize too much here; just know that one boss really liked a potion, another is a dragon born from dragon scales, and another is a revivified ice flame dragon.
Tencent is otherwise promising to once more provide additional details for this new season “in the coming weeks.” For now it has otherwise named the winners of the Dragon Raid Bounty event. Except for the cheaters. Those guys were put in the bin.
