Palworld is a survival game in which you collect a number of not-Pokeymans, run around a map harvesting things, put those not-Pokeymans to work harvesting other stuff, and have yourself a time. Terraria is a side-scrolling survival game in which you build a house, dig, and fight a giant eyeball with teeth. What do these games have in common? The survival part, we suppose. Other than that, not a clue. But the two games are going to be working together in 2025.
The announcement of the crossover on Twitter obviously prompts questions about how this is going to work, what the goal might be, or indeed how you translate the gameplay of one to the other… but that’s not important right now. The important thing is that the crossover is happening at some point in 2025, and if you like one or both games, there’s reason to get excited. We’ll find out more soon, at least!
