VR MMORPG Eldramoor shares work on maps, systems, and customization as it works to a March alpha

Last spring, we started reporting on Eldramoor, an upcoming VR MMORPG from developer Resolute Games that brought to mind OrbusVR – a comparison that apparently wasn’t by accident, according to studio CEO Lynn Souza. The last major headline out of the game was a Kickstarter drive that immediately met its $20K to a funding total of over $171K.

Since then, Resolute Games has been hard at work, keeping most of its updates within Discord as it shows off progress on things like a quickslot system to stash needed items or tools, a rocky monster known as a kragga, concept artwork of character races and customizations (cat people confirmed), and updates to the game’s overall world and some visuals (grass also confirmed).

For those who are wondering why details haven’t been more plentiful, the matter was addressed by Souza, who effectively explained that she wants to be sure that the devs don’t overpromise and underdeliver, particularly as the game is still in a pre-alpha state. “Many things can and will change, and we do not want to upset the community or cause more jaded feelings,” Souza writes. “Many of us are just like you, we are the VR MMORPG community, and we understand all too well your cynicism.”

That said, the team is looking ahead to getting the MMORPG into an alpha state in March 2026, likely for sometime during the first two weeks of the month. More details are promised in January, when the game’s next livestream will be broadcast.
