Black Desert’s new Shai class (and her donkey!) has officially launched today

If you rolled a Shai during her preview week in Black Desert, then good news for you today: You can actually play her now, as she’s just gone live as the game’s 18th class and first focused specifically on support and lifeskilling. In other words, she’s perfect for you folks who like to look adorable while healing and fishing and breeding horses. She even rides a donkey!

“The Shai excels at supporting her allies on the battlefield. While she fights enemies using her Florang, a giant boomerang, she supports her allies using a magical ‘Vitclari’. With this magical light, she can provide healing and other beneficial effects in a very versatile way, making her a unique addition that is surely gonna bring a shift in the currently popular PvP and PvE strategies of Black Desert Online.”

Worth noting here is that it looks as if the Shai is going live in the west on PC and console and in SEA simultaneously. Pearl Abyss and Kakao are running multiple launch events for those who jump into the new toon too.
