Newly arrived to early access tiny MMO Book of Travels posted an equally tiny patch this week. Studio Might and Delight says it’s added icons for missing equipment items, tweaked loading screens, adjusted skill cost modifiers, and fixed several bugs. Most notable among them, “Dead NPCs are not displaying walk by poems anymore.” The kind of patch notes you find only in Book of Travels.

The studio also posted a brief dev blog on Steam this week, this one focused on the Omin that populate the accessible areas of the Braided Shore. “These little miscreants are quick to pick up things left unattended, simply taking what they want. their anti-social tendencies extend also to one another, and they seem to enjoy agitating their fellow Omin whenever possible,” the team writes. “Theirs is a childlike kind of malignancy and they do little in the way of damage to your character, but you’d be well advised to be on your guard and keep your treasured items close!”
