Sydney. Sao Paulo. Seoul. Toronto. Boston. London. These six cities all have something in common: They are not Albuquerque. Also, they are all hosting a special gathering with Blizzard developers over the next few months to celebrate 30 years of Warcraft as a franchise, which is probably a bit more immediately unifying than the Albuquerque thing. Lots of other cities aren’t Albuquerque, either. Stormwind, for example.
The world tour kicks off in London on February 22nd before concluding in Boston on May 10th, coinciding with PAX East at the same time. Space for attendance is limited and the team is clearly planning to sell tickets, but at this time there’s no pricing information about attending, so we can only speculate on that. Regardless, attendees are promised entertainment, activities, and a chance to meet Blizzard developers, so if you’re keen to hang out with the people who help make the games in the Warcraft franchise you should keep your eyes peeled for price information.
