Hardcore science-fiction MMO Project Genom is getting ready to make the big step forward into early access, as the title will launch on Steam on October 12th.
Project Genom prides itself as being a hands-off MMO that requires logical thinking, personal decisions, and a quick trigger finger to survive in this alien world. The title will go into early access as a buy-to-play offering, to which the producers promise “no hidden payments” that will trip players up along the way.
The team pushed out a significant update yesterday that added the new regional system as well as 27 additional quests and a revamped character model. Studio NeuronHaze is also attempting to develop Vigor Roads, a post-apoc MMO, although that project has met with significant obstacles.
