H1Z1: Just Survive tests out quality-of-life update, conducts community survey

Could Daybreak be making good on its promise to give some love to H1Z1: Just Survive? It certainly seems so now that there’s a “comprehensive” quality-of-life patch on the test servers.

The update, which should be going to the live servers after the holiday weekend, rebalances its loot spawn system, purportedly reduces server latency, addresses vehicle exploits, makes the camera less jittery, and fixes a swath of bugs. The Just Survive team is also soliciting feedback from the community, so if you want to have your say, you know what to do.

Over at King of the Kill, players are enjoying a Thanksgiving patch that should assist in hit registration and server performance. A new event is on its way as well: “We are going to run a Pre-Season 2 because we have decided to change up the scoring to make kills more meaningful, and change the thresholds for the various leaderboard tiers.”
