Tiptoe through the something-or-other.

Fans of large-scale MMORPG PvP will find themselves torn over just where to draw their swords this weekend, as two prominent PvP MMOs have big events planned.

In the Crowfall alpha, ArtCraft is kicking off a three-day campaign called Kierlan, starting tonight at 5 p.m. EDT and running through Sunday night.

“Kierlan is a standard campaign, meaning that it will have control points and a winning faction will be declared. Although there won’t be rewards as there are with sanctioned campaigns, everyone loves bragging rights. The short campaign is in line with previously announced plans for The God Trials (Update 5.90). That update—that included some great performance and graphic improvements—was successfully deployed to the God’s Reach testing environment earlier this week. The Kierlan campaign will kick off the update’s roll-out to the LIVE testing environment.”

And over in the very much live Albion Online, tomorrow marks “Invasion Day” – a territory reset for the game’s guild meta.

“Starting at 18:00 UTC, guilds will have new opportunities to claim territories and launch attacks,” Sandbox Interactive says. “GvG Territories will be reset this weekend – and we’ll be covering it live on the AlbionTV Twitch channel starting Saturday at 17:30 UTC. Join our hosts Lewpac and Shozen as they bring you up to date on the start of the season and cover the Invasion Day madness live!”

Have fun storming the castle!
