Perfect World Entertainment has joined in on the philanthropic efforts to help those get the mental and physical health services they need with the launch of a set of special bundles for both Star Trek Online and Neverwinter.
For Neverwinter players, there’s a tier 1 pack that offers a choice between a Cambion Magus and Astral Deva companion, or a tier 2 pack that offers the same goodies as tier 1 along with a Dragonborn racial unlock. As for STO players, the tier 1 bundle offers a Heroic title as well as a Heroic Tribble and Risian Caracal Pet, while the tier 2 bundle packs in those same items as well as a T6 Somerville Intel Science Vessel, T6 Batlh Intel Science Vessel, and a fleet module. Whichever game you choose, the tier 1 bundle is only $2 and the tier 2 bundle is $10.
100% of the proceeds from the sales of these bundles will be split between two non-profits: Pop Culture Hero Coalition, which seeks to help develop crucial mental health skills like empathy and combat bullying in all forms, and United Way Bay Area, which offers a variety of educational, financial, and health services for residents of eight Bay Area counties.
The bundle sales will run for 13 days at the time of this writing, so if you’re looking to get yourself some unique in-game goodies while helping out some worthy organizations, now is the time.
