With 2024 right around the corner, it’s almost like Tarisland knows that the pressure is rising to deliver an entertaining MMO experience and sell potential players on the game world itself. So instead of taking any time off for the holidays, the team at Level Infinite posted a new preview of one of Tarisland’s dungeons: Merfolk Swamp.
This instance lies within the Misty Forest and involves a fallen druid twisting nature with vile experiments. In the dungeon, teams will have to contend with waves of Merfolk, a giant land-walking Kraken (who is, of course, released), and take on a hybrid Darkfin general.
Oh, and if that’s not difficult enough, there are poisonous areas with which to contend: “We designed this poisonous mushroom zone so players must use more complicated strategies to beat the challenge. Players need to draw the minions on the trail to safe areas without poisonous mushrooms and kill them.”
