It’s time once again for Elder Scrolls Online to either entice players to return to older content or encourage more DLC sales. Regardless of what point of view you take, the game’s upcoming Guilds and Glory event is granting a bunch of extra goodies for rediscovering content between January 18th and 30th.

Getting the full measure of this event requires players to own the Orsinium DLC, the Thieves Guild DLC, and the Dark Brotherhood DLC, along with the Imperial City free DLC that can be claimed from the Crown Store. Provided players fall into those categories, they can get double reward boxes for completing dailies and weeklies in certain zones, double reward boxes for completing Thieves’ Guild heists and Dark Brotherhood sacraments, increased resource node drops for everything except fishing and animal drops, and a whole lot more loot from certain zone bosses and enemies.

As for the goodies awaiting in these boxes, those run the usual wide assortment from styles to materials to motifs, and there will once more be an opportunity to get impresario tickets to spend on additional unique rewards. Regular players are all probably familiar with how these things work, but it still might be worthwhile to read the full briefing just in case they want to plan their return trips to Wrothgar, Hew’s Bane, or the Gold Coast.

In the meantime – and ahead of the big global reveal stream – ZOS has dropped a new trailer, albeit a brief one. The reveal stream is still set for Thursday, January 18th, at 4 p.m. EST.
