Having guild features in MMORPGs seems like such a given that it can often surprise us when we learn a game hasn’t had them introduced. That was indeed the case for Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen, but now that missing functionality is headed to the MMO in its next update.
Visionary Realms announced on Discord that guild features will be arriving “immediately” to the game in its next patch. The initial announcement didn’t provide a timeline beyond sometime this week, but a follow-up Twitter post confirmed the update would arrive this Saturday.
“The backbone of all good MMORPGs are guilds. These pillars of community create the space for players to be successful and enjoy the challenge and social bonds that are part of the tenets of Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen,” the announcement heralds. “Come join us for this big step toward our Early Access goals and bring your guild!”
This Saturday, brace yourselves for a true adventure – Guild features are making their debut in #PantheonMMO. 📜
