Mabinogi introduces new high-tier missions for crafters and readies next commerce season

What do you do when you’re the top of the mountain as a crafter in Mabinogi? You find a new mountain to climb, that’s what, and that additional peak to reach for was officially added to the MMO last week in the form of the Royal Association of Artisans.

Admittance into this new crafting tier is quite literally exclusive, with limited spaces for those who have met specific prerequisites in blacksmithing, tailoring, and enchanting. Assuming players are able to get in, they can only hold one royal crafting position at a time, but doing so will grant them access to unique crafting missions as well as unique rewards like bonuses, buff-granting titles, and a stardust form cosmetic.

The new royal crafts are the tip of the update’s wider iceberg, which also has made a variety of changes to the MMO’s seasonal commerce: Baltane Season 1 will wrap up on October 31st while Season 2 will kick off on November 1st and run until March 6th. Tangential to that will be resets for purchase limits in related shops and in-game guides, the ability for players to rake in Season 1 ranking rewards, and the addition a Season 2 goodie box. Other general changes include some UI updates, additional guide updates, and a list of bug fixes.
