Legacy Steel & Sorcery explains its overall mechanics and debuts a new gameplay trailer

Earlier this month, we caught wind of Legacy: Steel & Sorcery, an in-development PvPvE extraction RPG from Notorious Studios, which is made up of several former WoW devs. But perhaps you had questions about the game and were otherwise too distracted by other games in the Steam Next Fest to try out its demo. In that case, the studio has put out a quick Q&A to provide some more context.

Legacy describes itself as a “PvPvE Extraction game focused on fights, looting, and exploration,” though the studio is considering creating a PvE-only training mode as well. Players can choose from four classes (Warrior, Priest, Hunter, or Rogue) with more planned for the future, and Notorious confirms that after Steam Next Fest wraps up, additional playtests will be scheduled to help the currently alpha version of the game move through development; interested players are encouraged to keep their eyes on Legacy’s Steam page.

If words aren’t enough for you, then there’s always action: Notorious has also put together a fresh gameplay trailer for curious gamers to ogle as well; that footage awaits just below.
