You are bad and you should feel bad.

CCP Games’ hungry hungry blockchain hippo EVE Frontier already announced plans for its next playtest to begin early this month, but now we have calendar dates – November 7th through the 11th – as well as details on what it will involve.

The playtest is effectively a treasure hunt race that will see teams of up to five come together and try to follow clues and star maps to find three artifacts that will be hidden across the game’s simulated galaxy. Teams that find each of these three items will be granted five codes that unlock founder’s access to the game, while the event itself is intended to “test the boundaries of stability and endurance” presumably for the game’s servers.

When founder’s access will be available or when the game will release is still an unanswered question, but those who really want to secure their copy of the title without spending any money are going to have to be ready to start sleuthing.
