Normally you wouldn’t associate the goddess Venus with a side-scrolling beat-’em-up MMO, but you’d better change that line of thinking because Dungeon Fighter Online is indeed tossing Venus into its mix in the Venus Goddess of Beauty update, which pits players against Venus and other deific aspects of desire and lets them punch their faces in.
This, of course, is happening in the new legion dungeon that’s now available and gives the patch its name, which brings players to blows against four new bosses that promise unique mechanics to deal with. There’s also some unique cosmetics on offer for those who manage to clear this new instance between now and May 13th.
Speaking of events, that makes up the bulk of this patch otherwise, with login goodies to collect, extra rewards for clearing the Sunken Depths dungeon, and a character-buffing event that lets players fling a newly created character all the way to max level and earn more goodies by completing training missions.
