Don’t take it as a judgment call on your character that Neverwinter is inviting you to participate in this year’s Masquerade of Liars. It’s simply a saucy take on a costume ball theme where players can cozy up to one of three factions for favor and rewards.
Starting today and running through November 7th, Masquerade of Liars challenges players to pick a team and get as many treats as possible before the contest ends. The winning side will get a choice of masks and a transforming potion that will turn you into a skeleton wearing a mask. You can also earn masquerade tokens to turn in for a variety of other rewards, including mounts, companions, artifacts, and cosmetics.
Whether you participate or not in the contest, you definitely should log into the game to claim two terrific rewards: the free Mornhelm companion (a floating severed head) and the free glowing Gravewake mount.
