WRUP: Which ingredients in your burrito have angered the Bog Witch edition

This might have.

Cilantro: The Bog Witch doesn’t like cilantro. She hates explaining that to people because people are always asking her if it tastes like soap to her and all that nonsense and she has to keep stating that she understands what cilantro tastes like, she just doesn’t like it. Sometimes people just don’t like cilantro!

Beans: Nah, that can’t be it, everyone loves beans.

Raw tomato: Ew. I don’t like putting tomato in a burrito. I mean, salsa, maybe, but my relationship with tomato is weird.

Uncooked ramen noodles: Why would you put this in a burrito. This isn’t about the Bog Witch any more. This makes me upset. What hipster nonsense palace made you a burrito like this. Why would you do that.

Chicken meat from the enchanted chickens that the Bog Witch keeps on her property: Ohhhhh. Yeah, that makes sense. That’s actually pretty obvious. We should have gone with that in the first place. She’s pretty angry. And now, What Are You Playing!

Bonus question: What’s your favorite snack food?

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Yesterday I sat down to do some crafting in Star Wars Galaxies Legends and had a distinct urge to play City of Heroes instead. So I might swap to that for a while. I’ve also been thinking about sitting on the Black Friday sales and picking up The Sims 4. This is wild for me since I spent many years modding the earlier games, but I fell out of the fandom after 3 and never bothered to pick up 4 – I was just exhausted from pouring money into the franchise and dealing with the constant DLC packs. But now there’s so much stuff out I might pick it all up… anybody have opinions on it? Carlo Lacsina (@UltraMudkipEX): Every time there’s a fishing event in Black Desert Online, I have to stop playing it to get the most out of the event. In the interim, I’ll be playing Code Vein. That game’s so awesome, it’s been a while since I’ve played a Soulslike and I’m enjoying just exploring and fighting bosses. It’s the simple joys in life right?

Bonus question: It’s a tie between the pizza filled combos and Takis. Working at a school, you eventually get a taste for the junk food the kids love. Chris Neal (@wolfyseyes, blog): I am legitimately being drawn in by Kingdom Under Fire 2 so that will likely continue to be poked at to sate my growing curiosity. I also picked up Satisfactory for some (hopefully) low-stress factory/base building shenanigans. I’ll also be counting down the weeks and days to MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries’ launch. I miss my ShadowCat something fierce.

I am something of a trash panda gourmet, so I have a lot of choices that I like in snacks. I am a fan of classics like Cheez Doodles and popcorn, but I also enjoy a nice trail mix or yogurt-covered raisins now and again. One of my go-to’s, however, is always going to be gummi worms. They are my weakness. Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): Still working on some alts and flying unlocks in World of Warcraft, still doing my usual thing in Final Fantasy XIV, and when I have some spare time prodding at some other games here and there. I’m also nearly finished with NaNo, which has been… kind of grinding this year, but the book has been reasonably fun.

While my wife and I have a great affection for gummi bears due to our college days (my roommate and I used to keep those stashed for quick energy), I don’t really consider those a proper snack food. My favorite snack is still probably Ritz crackers. I have such fond memories of my great aunt using those for cooking stuff, or just serving them with some brie. Samon Kashani (@thesamkash): Continuing this weekend with ArcheAge Unchained. I’m finally getting into the 40+ levels, so I’m encountering more ganks than previously. It could just be a matter of perspective (I’m expecting the gankers so all I see are enemies) but it certainly feels like there are more players from the opposing faction than from my friendly one. Maybe it is also because of the way the quests lead you. As in, maybe my faction quests intentionally lead me through baddie territory and it’s the same for them. I’m not sure. Also, I’ve already blazed through the Guild Wars 2 update (not that there was much to blaze through), so I might do map completion there.

Best snack is of course dried fruits and pretzels. Pretzels are truly the greatest gaming snack. Bite sized, salty, delicious. Also they aren’t sticky or greasy in any way, so your boards don’t get nasty. Tyler Edwards: Gonna try to check out Kingdom Under Fire 2. Any other free time will go to Age of Empires II DE, which I continue to obsess over. All of the RTS!

Bonus question: You could probably get me to betray my country for Triscuits.
