Lost Ark promised a roadmap update by year’s end, and sure enough, it delivered: The latest content roadmap from Amazon Games shares some early looks at what will be arriving to our version of the MMOARPG from now into March, and a lot of it is focused on raids.
Specifically, December 17th will bring two more solo raid instances for players, a prologue for the Kazeros Act 2 raid, and a new Icy Breakthrough event that’s designed to help players progress their characters through the beginning of Tier 4. More information is promised soon.
January will officially kick off Kazeros Act 2, celebrate the MMO’s third anniversary, and introduce a new frontier system that will dynamically reduce the damage and HP of raid bosses as time goes on; players who are at the cutting edge of raid content will experience these fights at their original challenge level, while casual players entering older raids will have more approachable fights to contend with.
February is headlined by the new Wild Soul advanced class, which can either transform into beast forms or fight alongside a spirit creature in combat for a class that invokes “a blend of energy that feels both animalistic and mystical in nature” according to Amazon. The month will also host a new progression event to be detailed later. Finally, March’s updates are still a bit nebulous, but Amazon plans a new Music Box of Memories and continued progression events.
More information about what’s planned over the next four months can be read on the game’s site or there’s a summary video awaiting below to watch if that’s more your speed.
