With Old School RuneScape’s Varlamore: The Final Dawn quest inching its way closer to its projected spring launch, Jagex is once again developing via committee as it asks players for their thoughts on proposed content and rewards for the quest.
The dev blog goes over the quest line’s delve system and associated boss that digs deeper into the instance and gets more angry (and difficult) each time, a new Slayer dungeon, and new rewards waiting for those who complete both activities like a consumable, a cape, and new weapons. As usual, those who are ready for more Varlamore are encouraged to yea or nay these additions.
Meanwhile, OSRS has dished out run energy changes this week that ultimately lessen energy drain and improve energy regen for characters at lower agility levels. The update will also open a rewards shop for Leagues V players next week and applies a variety of general changes and fixes.
In tangential OSRS news, vtuber and streamer Nerissa Ravencroft has been given a whole lot of bone by her fans as they rallied around her first forays into the MMORPG by donating dragon bones to help her increase her Prayer skill. While the innuendos obviously write themselves, it looks as if she’s forming a cozy, supportive, yet playfully horny community in OSRS.
