It’s hard to know what to be more excited for in The Elder Scrolls Online: the major update that’s coming to the game in August or the long-awaited introduction of player housing that is in the works for early 2017.
While players scour the in-game maps looking for signs of housing construction, ZeniMax is spilling the beans on August’s Update 11. So here’s the skinny: The update will consist of both a base game patch and the optional Shadows of the Hist DLC. The patch isn’t super-exciting in and of itself, mostly concerning itself with quality-of-life improvements such as champion point increases and updated item sets.
However, Shadows of the Hist should prove to be more exciting, with a style parlor, costume dyeing, and of course, the Cradle of Shadows and Ruins of Mazzatun three-player dungeons.
Update 11 is scheduled for August 1st on PCÂ and the 16th for consoles.
