Not a lot of MMOs celebrate the anniversaries of their patches or even expansions, but The Elder Scrolls Online is celebrating the first birthday of its Orsinium DLC this month. In fact, the festivities began this morning.
As previously announced, the event puts the Orsinium DLC on sale for 75% off and returns the Orsinium collector’s bundle to the cash shop at 60% off. (The latter includes the cave bear mount and cub pet.) Even those who buy nothing can benefit; all players will take advantage of double resources from nodes in Orsinium, plus double loot and rewards from world bosses, daily delves, and the Maelstrom arena — that is, if they have access to Orsinium.
“The Orsinium DLC Game Pack originally released on November 2, 2015 and introduced a colossal new zone with more than 20 hours of additional story content, a new single player monster arena, new public dungeons, and more,” the studio reminds us. “With the Orsinium DLC Game Pack, players are able to journey to the mountains of Wrothgar, and to the Orc capital itself, to unravel plots and counter-plots, and clash with all-new enemies and allies.”
The event ends on November 21st.
