Battle Bards Episode 131: Path of Exile

It works!

It may be a fairly grim MMOARPG, but Path of Exile features a surprisingly, well, grim soundtrack. Guess that wasn’t that much of a surprise! This episode, the Battle Bards wade into the fracas of this rather expansive soundtrack to see what audio treasure has been dropped by the zerg of mobs.

Battle Bards is a biweekly podcast that alternates between examining a single MMO’s soundtrack and exploring music tracks revolving around a theme. MOP’s Justin co-hosts with bloggers Steff and Syl. The cast is available on iTunesGoogle PlayTuneInPocket CastsStitcher, and Player.FM.

It’s not an MMOARPG or MMORPG though.. Of all people, you guys should know that.
Even the Devs have said it (look-up “Development Diary: Why we hate being called an MMORPG”).

Solaris Temple has always been my favorite track, and anyone who disagrees must be a cockroach who draws the ire of my Gemling Queen. ;)
