Take a look at the remastered battlegrounds heading to World of Warcraft in patch 8.1.5

Whether or not you’re tired of Arathi Basin and Warsong Gulch in World of Warcraft, those two battlegrounds are old. They’re the oldest ones in the game and are long overdue for a visual polish pass, which is exactly what they’re both getting in patch 8.1.5. YouTuber LeystTV took the time to examine what both of the improved battlegrounds look like when the patch rolls around, and both of them are significant updates from the current older assets while keeping the same basic layout.

Some of the choices for style are a bit odd; Arathi Basin, for example, has more emphasis placed on the Horde architectural style instead of the Forsaken structure, so the new base looks like a rather generic orcish building instead of the dying spaces common to the earlier version. Other choices make perfect sense, with the buildings throughout receiving clear and well-crafted polish and retexturing. Check out both videos just below.
