Today is the eighth birthday of Wakfu, and it’s time for players to celebrate in one of the best ways possible: with free stuff. This weekend marks a number of things being handed out to players in honor of the MMO’s eighth year of operation.
Between now and March 1st, players can simply play the game and take advantage of double XP in combat, in professions, and on all drops. There’s also a free item for those who have been playing since January 1st, 2019, that lets them celebrate the anniversary “in a very krosmiversal way,” and everyone is being granted a free item code that provides three days of God Booster status.
In other Wakfu news, the devs have penned a blog outlining adjustments being made to Haven Worlds. These include the removal of ecosystems to reduce resource waste and balance experience gains, and opening up Haven Worlds for all guilds. These changes are due to arrive with update 1.67.
