Up arrow, up arrow, down arrow, left arrow, left arrow, right arrow, left arrow, down arrow hold, up arrow, left arrow, left arrow, left – no! No, I said left arrow! Stop looking at me, look at the screen! Because I’m walking you through this by reading you a walkthrough! Because we’re a team! Why do you want to emasculate me? All the other girls love playing this game! No, you’re a girl, you should be playing – oh, great, now you failed the song. That’s great. That’s real great, babe. Great work.
Look, here, just put another quarter in and – no, Brian, we don’t have a problem, all right?! Everything is fine! I don’t care who had next! Get your damn hands off me, you – listen, it’s up arrow, up arrow! Why are you walking away from the machine! Don’t go over to Street Fighter! Babe, we have to drive back to the dorm! Babe? Is that how you’re being? Well fine, I’m breaking up with you then! No, Brian, I won’t stop hitting the glass! Oh, yeah, call the cops, you… no, babe, listen, I love you, please? You’re my ride, I need to get back and answer What Are You Playing. Babe?
Down arrow?
Bonus question: What television series do you think you’ve watched in its entirety (or a significant chunk of if) most often?
Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): I finally acquired all the resources I need to cap armor in Star Wars Galaxies Legends, so I’ve got cores cooking as we speak and will finally start putting some sets together for sale and friends and whatnot. I haven’t made capped armor in like… has it been eight years since the sunset? So this is kinda exciting!
The bonus question is hard. It’s probably Lost. I used to rewatch it a lot in the background when I had a TV next to my PC. Though I’ve probably seen some episodes of Farscape more, but I never make it through the fourth season.
Chris Neal (@wolfyseyes, blog): I’ll be dipping into Citadel: Forged with Fire and Final Fantasy XIV, as well as firing up Star Wars: Republic Commando, which I picked up during the May the 4th sale on Steam. I also kind of want to boot up Industries of Titan, which looks like a SimCity 2000 in space. Basically, it’s a day to skip about my backlog or dip into games I’ve picked up and have been meaning to try out.
One of the shows I used to watch pretty regularly was MacGuyver, and I’m pretty sure I’ve watched Cheers and Frasier to completion. The last show I watched a lot of was The Mysteries of Laura, but that never got finished so much as canned, which is frustrating because that show was excellent.
Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): I have finally bothered to spend a small amount of time occasionally earning reputation in World of Warcraft since it has been greatly enhanced! Inform the men. I will also be playing FFXIV, of course.
If we’re counting Netflix, I can’t count how many times I’ve watched I Think You Should Leave on there; otherwise, it’s a toss-up between Time & Eric Awesome Show Great Job! and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Tyler Edwards: Continuing my journey through We Happy Few. 40+ hours in, a certain degree of fatigue has arisen, but it’s still finding ways to impress me. This game has nailed something that a lot of dystopic fiction tends to ignore: Dystopias don’t work. Authoritarian regimes aren’t ruthless yet efficient. They’re ruthless yet incompetent, and ultimately doomed to catastrophic failure.
Bonus question: Without a doubt The Simpsons, with Star Trek: The Next Generation a distant second and Star Trek: Enterprise close behind it for third.
Pierre, patron: I’m very close to the end (no not this end, a less dramatic one) and will finish The Last of Us this weekend. What a treat it’s been. And part two promises to be even better, a very dark game from what I saw in the last trailer, but I can’t wait. The sequel launches on June 19 so it’s not too far now. I’m really hyped and glad I managed to avoid the recent spoilers on the social networks. Christmas will be in June this year, at least for me.
My World of Tanks relapse lasted three days this year. It’s over now. I don’t know why I come back to this game so frequently, when I know I will give up in a few days each and every time, because it’s not the game it used to be a few years ago… At any rate, here in France, the Amazon Prime Video streaming VOD service added the Battlestar Galactica show to their catalog this week. As I’m a fan of this TV show and had a BG game in my backlog, I decided to try it. So, I’m also playing Battlestar Galactica Deadlock.
Bonus question: The 100 is the TV show I watched most often. This series is so good in my opinion that every time a new season is close to launch, I binge the former seasons all over once again to be ready to watch the new one. I strongly recommend this show. The writing, directing and the acting are all excellent. And you MOP readers? WRUP this week? Let’s see in the comments.
