This week in RuneScape we have traveling artisans, some Golden Gnomes, and a couple of little fixes to share. It’s just another Monday for fans of Jagex’s MMORPG!

Players who visit the Dwarven Mine entrance have likely noticed a new NPC by the name of Doran the Tool Artisan, who is bringing with him a bunch of new tool cosmetics such as a set of Dwarven Artisan tools for Fishing, Fletching, and Mining, the Master Crafter Hammer for Smithing, the cute-sounding Chickaxe, and an item known as the Banana Knife. This new shopkeep also has some consumable items to help players boost their skilling efforts among other wares. Players have until September 13th to sample this new NPC’s goods.

As for the week’s patch notes, there are literally only two notes written, but they both are focused on the recently introduced Alchemical Hydrix gem, so those who are making those fancy new baubles with this item will want to read up.

Finally, the 10th Annual Golden Gnomes are upon us and players are being asked to submit their nominations for a variety of community categories such as Best New Streamer, Best Cosplay Creation, and Best Video among others. For anyone who has some strong opinions on who should win, you have until August 30th to put in your vote while the winners will be announced during a livestream on Saturday, November 7th.
