While I’ve long known that I am very receptive to uplifting environments, it’s only been in the last year or so that I’ve dived head-first into the “cozy” of it all. Cozy houses, cozy rooms, cozy fantasy, cozy music, cozy comforters… anything that makes me feel snug and cheery. It’s fun, and I thank you all for welcoming me into that world.
And it doesn’t just have to be in real-life, either! Plenty of MMORPGs exude cozy vibes with their settings and art style. It was the very first thing that attracted me to World of Warcraft, for example, and parts of LOTRO’s Middle-earth embody extreme coziness. I also can’t wait for Palia to get here, because that game looks to be my cozy jam.
