The new region of Varlamore is coming to Old School RuneScape, and that means Jagex has a reason to get all cinematic on us and debut a new trailer heralding its arrival. Just in case you were looking for some low-poly characters doing cool things that aren’t actually possible in-game because the footage isn’t gameplay. As such, the video is purely about building hype before the zone and related quests open on Wednesday, March 20th.
Meanwhile, the studio is once again gnawing on the meaty bone of player feedback as it ponders adjustments to god alignment prayers and mage training. The former takes a moment to reel back some earlier proposed adjustments and shift them according to player feedback, with plans to detail alignment tweaks and take in poll feedback, while the latter begins the MMORPG’s Poll 81 voting as it proposes new activity areas for mages.
