It’s time for players of Villagers & Heroes to take a trip to the Twilight Vale because the zone is open once again. That means it’s also time for the midsummer event, which tracks with the fact that July has just begun. The game went down to apply the patch on July 1st, but you can log in right now and take advantage of the patch to grab appropriate midsummer rewards!
Well, you can in theory. Maybe you’re at work. Your boss might get mad.
In addition to the Twilight Vale, the patch also adds new mount rewards to help spice up your journey through the game. There are also modifications to Zingara, including additional essence from every one in the game world as well as incredibly rare ones out roaming the world over. Make sure to have friends for those. But you don’t need to take our word for it; go ahead and check out the full patch notes even if you’re just logging in for a summer event jaunt.
