Palworld is getting a mobile version thanks to Krafton partnership as server FPS improves with latest patch

Krafton really likes to release mobile versions of games that are facing a lawsuit, apparently. The company announced today that it has secured a global license for a mobile version of Palworld despite Pocketpair’s patent lawsuit battle with Nintendo.

The announcement is simply stating that the game being made, with not many details being offered beyond confirmation that PUBG Studios will be handling creation of the game and that it intends to “faithfully reinterpret and implement the original’s main fun elements to fit the mobile environment” according to Google translation. All of this reads like this will be an adaptation of the game instead of a direct port, while mention of a global license could indicate a similarly global release.

It’s unclear if more will be shared when Krafton arrives to this year’s G-Star event in November: A press release confirming the company’s attendance to the Korean games show listed playable showcases for inZOI, Dinkum Mobile, and Project ARC, with references to other unspecified projects.

Meanwhile in more recent Palworld news, the survivalbox got a stability update patch that improves server FPS when multiple guilds are online at once and a bug fix that caused the game to crash when tower cutscenes played.
