The Daily Grind: Will you Kickstart any MMOs in 2025?

It’s actually been several years since we had a pure MMORPG blow up on Kickstarter, but we’ve certainly seen survival sandboxes and mini-MMOs do well. Heck, in 2024, the biggest Kickstarter we saw in the MMORPG genre’s orbit was the multiplayer cozy game My Time at Evershine, which pulled in nearly $3M from gamers. Clearly, the Kickstarter crazy isn’t completely over.

What are your crowdfunding plans for 2025? Have you sworn off all Kickstarters, or are you still waiting for one that deserves your attention? Will you Kickstart any MMOs in 2025?
