huh

Instead of five lions that combine into one gigantic guy, five guys that combine into one gigantic lion.

Five lions that combine into a car, and those cars combine into a plane.

Four lions that transform into the letters LION and then a fifth one that transforms into a neon power plant to make the sign light up.

Three lions who fight over eating two robots that turn into gazelles and somehow that protects the universe by spraying gazelle blood everywhere, just so much gazelle blood. They refuel on the planet of gazelle blood and there’s an episode where they have to land on the pig blood planet and the team’s Token Nerd figures out the science equation to make pig blood into gazelle blood.

log(n) lions and they’re just actual lions in space suits.

Just one lion that throws up gazelle blood.

Five robots who turn into lions who combine into a big robot, wait that’s just a Transformer.

Five What Are You Playing entries that combine into a pool of gazelle blood.

Bonus question: What’s your favorite way to eat strawberries or something strawberry flavored?

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna.bsky.social, blog): I guess I’ll be in Lord of the Rings Online? Who can say at this point whether we’ll actually get to play or the servers will be functional.

I made strawberry cupcakes last summer and they were really good. Strawberry cake and strawberry icing too. Too much? Probably. Ate ’em anyway.

Chris Neal (@wolfyseyes.bsky.social, blog): Monster Hunter Wilds continues to be the game du jour for me, so that’s obviously going to feature. I’m also going to be peering back into Elite: Dangerous with some more focus in order to both dig into the powerplay stuff and observe how colonization efforts are going.

Bonus: Strawberry preserves are the single best way to enjoy strawberries in my opinion. Especially if you can make them yourself; I like to put a little bit of balsamic vinegar in there to give it some extra nip.

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): I’m a bit sad to see how much Warframe is slow-rolling its anniversary alerts, but I’ve still got stuff to do there and in Final Fantasy XIV. Albeit not tons of stuff. It’s a slow period, but that’s also all right because I have something to review this weekend. C’est la vie.

I love smoothies and any smoothie with strawberry is high-tier. Also strawberry milkshakes. Are all my preferences for strawberries beverage-related? No. Observe: strawberry yogurt.

Sam Kash (@samkash@mastodon.social): I’ll continue my battles in Armored Core VI. I’m really enjoying it but there are some battles that get ridiculous. It’s fun though. I’ve got a couple of games in early access I have been meaning to play so I think one of them will fill my PvP heart for the weekend.

Bonus: My grandmother used to make pound cake and serve it with a strawberry sauce. It was the best.

Tyler Edwards (blog): I was excited to play Age of Mythology: Retold’s Immortal Pillars DLC, but it’s crashing so much it’s completely unplayable. Guess it’s back to World of Warcraft for me.

Bonus: Just straight strawberries are fine by me. Although these vegan berry gummies I got today are pretty good, too.
