Some people with limited imaginations do not personally wish to use housing in MMORPGs and thus do not see the value of it. “So what if Guild Wars 2 has housing?” they ask. “I don’t want to use it.” But the important part is that there are players who do, and those players have made everything from treetop villages to lush gardens to castles to flaming chessboards. All using the same set of tools. And you can see those tools on display in a new video the official Twitter account has just shared.
All of this is, of course, not even talking about the many nice homes that people have made without relying on specialized crafts to create something weird. The point remains that if you want to create a unique space or even just enjoy player creativity, the game’s Homesteads have been a breeding ground for unique builds. And hey, maybe you do want to make a gigantic treehouse fort. You can actually do that!
