Another year has come and gone for EverQuest, and there are two new events to help players get in on the festivities. Starting at 1:00 p.m. EDT today and running until Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., Norrathians can raid a party ship for goodies or guzzle beers as a gnome to celebrate. There are also 17 days of bonus experience and special promotions. The bonus XP runs until 2:59 a.m. on April 2nd.
Everyone can grab a new gnome and participate in the drunken gnome races on every server. Throughout the event, these races will run Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays/Sundays at 6:00 a.m./12:00 p.m./6:00 p.m./12:00 a.m. EDT; on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays, they will start at 3:00 a.m./9:00 a.m./3:00 p.m./9:00 p.m. EDT. Those who are level 105 and like to raid can board Krasnok’s ship, Hate’s Fury: The Scorned Maiden, and fight off Krasnok’s 16 new officers for commemorative coins. Defeating Captain Krasnok himself will result in raid-quality rewards.
Daybreak will also be hosting an anniversary stream at 6:00 p.m. tonight, and #OPTV will celebrate both the anniversary and St. Paddy’s Day by diving in and running the drunken Gnome races tomorrow, Thursday, March 17th, at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
