One of the reasons I love my Charr so much in Guild Wars 2 is that her voice actress kicks ass with what is in my opinion the best racial storyline in the game. If you play a male Charr, however, your voice is due for a change.
“Our previous voice actor, Ron Yuan, was unable to continue in the role for scheduling reasons,” ArenaNet announced today, “so we have a new voice actor in our Commander ranks, and we’re excited to welcome him to the Guild Wars 2 family.”
That actor is long-time voice acting veteran Lex Lang. MMORPG players will recognize him as Doctor Doom in Marvel Heroes; he also lent his talents to Titanfall and the Mass Effect series.
