The invitation that Blizzard mailed out said, “We would be honored if you would join us for a once-in-a-lifetime event that will be full of magic and celebration. We also have something very special in store for you!”
The reveal will take place on Hearthstone’s Twitch channel at 2:00 a.m. EDT on Friday, July 29th. Why so early in the morning? It’s because the studio will be making this announcement from ChinaJoy, which is running from July 28th through the 31st in Shanghai.
Hearthstone crossed the 50 million player mark and released its Whispers of the Old Gods expansion back in April.
