Enough with that whole Thanksgiving thing – DC Universe Online is already moving on to Christmas! Daybreak began testing its holiday content in the superhero MMORPG this week, and players, subbed or not, can jump over to the PTS to check it out. Expect new feats, themed quests, festive wearables, special base items, and an improved materials UI along with the greedy Larfleeze’s antics. Check out the puns you guys:
“Larfleeze is back! Find and recover the stolen gifts in Metropolis and Gotham City before it’s too late! Look for Yuletide Fear (Villains) or Winter Plunderland (Heroes) in your Mission Journal. Or alternatively you can now use the Warp Menu to head directly to the Open World Content by selecting Season’s Greedings: Hal Jordan (Hero) or Season’s Greedings: Sinestro (Villain). There are also wondrous new feats to be found!”
Notably, the Atlantis open world area is getting a brand-new race in which you transform into a seahorse. Insert shrug emoji right here.
