Last month, MapleStory 2 introduced the first part of its Skybound expansion, which introduced a slew of new content, including the new Soul Binder class, new areas and questlines, and more. And later this month, Nexon will be rolling out phase two of the Skybound expansion, which will bring with it the new Fortress Rumble Dungeon, where players can earn brand-new legendary weapons and armor.

[AL:MS2]In addition, the update will introduce the “incredibly challenging” Wrath of Infernog Chaos Raid, which will be available to players who have reached level 50 and achieved a 9,000 gear score. This new raid will put players’ skills to the ultimate test, but those who are able to vanquish the powerful enemies that wait within will be handsomely rewarded, as they’ll have the opportunity to snag the Pluto’s accessory set, the first legendary accessories in the game.

And to top it all off, there will be new adjustments to the housing UI as well as a trio of seasonal events to get the year started off with a bang. From January 10th until January 31st, players level 10 or higher can take part in the Infernog Expedition Support, 2019 Lucky Pouch, and Hide-and-Seek Hijinks events, each of which will provide players with opportunities to earn a variety of rewards.
