Digital Extremes is keeping the pressure up with Warframe’s incessant content rollouts, and we are not mad about it at all. Last night, the studio dropped free content Operation: Buried Debts for PC players, a time-limited community event, along with Hildryn, the game’s 39th ‘frame, and the first phase of the game’s planned melee revamp, with more fluid combat overall.

“Operation: Buried Debts poses a disturbing new wrinkle to the evolving story of Fortuna’s debt-internment colony. Following the original expansion and the subsequent update, The Profit-Taker, Tenno are thrust into a new storyline that re-defines the cynical deal Nef Anyo holds over the Solaris United Faction. Teaming up with your fellow Tenno won’t just be a good idea, it will be a must!”

Hope you got a jump on the operation last night, as Reddit’s already solved one of the key puzzles.

Oh yeah, and TennoCon is sold out! Wild.

Finally, as MOP reader Sophiskiai points out, there’s been a bit of drama over economy manipulation in the game, specifically centering on game mods known as Rivens. DE has addressed that on Reddit, saying it will be “providing aggregated actual Riven trade value data for toolmakers to use” so that everyone can see exactly what the going rates really are and aren’t stuck with fake data from chat bots.

We’ll be streaming the new content tonight on OPTV at 8 p.m. – see you then!
