WRUP: The ultimate pointless logic test edition

It's fun

Before you are several doors, each of which has a guard in front of it. You are allowed to ask any question of the guards, but only one door is safe. One guard always tells the truth. One guard always lies. One guard sometimes tells the truth and sometimes lies. One guard sometimes tells the truth and sometimes just pretends he didn’t hear you. One guard sometimes pretends she didn’t hear you and sometimes answers you in the form of song lyrics off of the Evanescence album “Fallen.” (She only responds that if you ask about song lyrics.)

One guard always tells the truth, but in a language you don’t speak. One guard translates that language, but always lies. One guard just does dances no matter what you ask. One guard will tell you the answer for the low price of $15.99. One guard forgets the question halfway through his answer. Given all of this, what question can you ask all of the guards at the same time to realize that this is stupid and just go back the way you came? Please leave your answer in the comments of What Are You Playing to inform anyone but us. Thank you.

Bonus question: What toppings do you like on your burgers? (And if you prefer veggie burgers, note that too!)

Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): More Pokemon Go and Let’s Go. I really want a good Yanma… and Giratina!

For burgers, spicy, cheese spicy sauce, thick cut bacon, and a soft fried egg. So good!

Andy McAdams: I probably won’t get as much play time this weekend as I’d like. I have a friend’s bachelor camping event which will consume my Saturday game time. What little time I do have is going to be spent (predictably) in Final Fantasy XIV.

I don’t eat red meat, so I’m a turkey burger or veggie burger kinda guy. Occasionally a portobello burger. Cheese, barbecue sauce and crispy onions. I love me some barbecue. Except on the portobello burger, that sounds kinda gross.

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Guild Wars 2 please and thank you! I expected to be further along in season three this week, but being sick meant I didn’t get to play. I’m feeling a bit better now, so I’m going to try to get back in there.

Just cheese, please! If it needs a ton of toppings to bury the flavor or lack thereof, it’s probably not a burger worth eating (for me) anyway.

Chris Neal (@wolfyseyes, blog): I’m basically dealing with an itchy trigger finger; The Division 2 and a return to Destiny 2 are in the cards. I am side-eyeing Final Fantasy XIV once again. I also am just having casual gear chase fun with Dauntless, so that will likely be a primary feature. Lots of choices!

Bacon, mushrooms, and a good, melty cheese are some of my prime burger toppers, but I recently picked up the Bob’s Burgers cookbook which has opened my eyes to the possibilities. Chevre cheese with diced cucumber, tomatoes, dill, and a touch of mayo mixed together is something to behold. Use it on a garlic and herb seasoned burger and go to town on that tastiness.

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): A bunch of stuff to do in Final Fantasy XIV, as you do. Beyond that, I’m not sure; I did pick up Bayonetta for a song when it was on sale for five bucks, but I’ve still got Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey to make progress in.

Burgers are one of my favorite foods and I love all of the different ways they can be prepared. Lately I’ve been focusing a lot on mixing in sweet flavors; some pineapple and sweet-and-sour sauce can really pick out the undertones of a bison burger. My wife loves the thanksgiving burgers I make; turkey burgers with stuffing, cranberry sauce, and onions as toppings.

Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): April is my personal MMO safari month, which means that I’m checking out many titles that I never have before. Next up? DC Universe Online, which should be a novel experience. Probably will go villain, because that’s not a typical choice, but I don’t expect great storylines or anything. Other than that, I’m questing in Lord of the Rings Online‘s Lothlorien and wrapping up level 5 dungeons for Dungeons & Dragons Online.

Mia DeSanzo (@neschria): I will be playing The Elder Scrolls Online and Shroud of the Avatar. I have a list of goals for Black Desert Online, but that list is endless, and I am trying to focus on the others.

I like blue cheese and fried onions on a burger. I will also accept feta.

Tyler Edwards: Anthem and possibly some The Division 2. I’m on the cusp of unlocking my final Javelin (Ranger) and look forward to taking it for a test drive. Also more D&D, as ever. Going to an epic (multiple parties across multiple tables contributing to the same story) on Sunday. I plan to play my Dwarf war cleric/fighter. She’s my go to for general Adventurers League events right now. Fun fact: She’s an adaptation of one of my World of Warcraft characters.

I’m vegan, so it’s veggie burgers for me. At home, I generally make them with a hefty dose of avocado and jalapeno mustard on a rosemary focaccia bun. Sometimes I add lettuce, tomato, or pickles, but usually I’m too cheap/lazy. With fast food, I usually order lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mustard. Sometimes avocado if it’s an option, though restaurants usually don’t add enough for my taste.

Damn it, Eliot, now I’m hungry.
