HEROish is a multiplayer ‘action-strategy adventure’ that merges MOBA and card game mechanics

The union between MOBA combat and trading card games has come to pass, and that union has formed HEROish, a self-described “action-strategy adventure” title where players take up one of six characters and battle it out for glory. Or just because it’s fun.

HEROish offers up three single-player campaigns as well as multiplayer battles in 1v1 or 2v2 format. Gameplay tasks players with destroying an opponent’s Soul Gem, with players controlling their hero in MOBA-like action while spells and summoned minions come by way of playing a built deck of 12 cards, each of which are unique to each individual character.

The game is available on Steam, Xbox, Apple Arcade, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch for a cool $20. A trailer awaits right below the cut.
