If you’re a player of Black Desert Console who has been feeling a little bit neglected, then Pearl Abyss would like to share a video message that hopes to assuage that worry with word of major updates arriving on Wednesday, October 2nd.

Specifically, players of the console MMO will finally get to play as the Dosa class that arrived to PC and mobile players in July, as well as gain access to a “Season++” server that will offer up accelerated progression of a character.

The video otherwise doesn’t have much else for BDO Console fans beyond a coupon code to redeem and the promise that the next-gen update “is progressing smoothly as planned.” Readers will remember that this was announced last December and targeted a summer 2024 release, but there are no details shared beyond that quick blurb.
