The odds of getting that pet, by the way, are one in 1500 (with a threshold of 400).
The newsletter for the MMORPG this week is mostly about those details, the names of some of the first players to clear the encounter, and some concept art, while this week’s patch notes are also rather thin in scope by Jagex’s own admission, as it launches an engine update to support the GIM functions in preparation for its upcoming Halloween event. There are a few bug fixes of note, however, so players may still want to take a peek anyway. Otherwise it’s all about pet drops.
