The last couple of years, I’ve come full circle back to being a hardcore explorer in MMORPGs, and it’s led me to some games I didn’t think I’d ever truly fall in love with again – including Guild Wars 2. I always knew I’d come back for Janthir Wilds, but I never expected to become so obsessed with one of its zones – Lowland Shore – that I’d be spending all my MMO time in the earlier zones of the games I once skipped over, trying to recapture the same “mapping high” that Lowland Shore gave me.
