Whether its continued existence constitutes a blessing or its continued neglect a curse, RIFT has made it to its 13th birthday as of March 1st. The long-running fantasy MMO has seen ups and downs, especially since the dissolution of Trion Worlds and transfer to Gamigo.
To celebrate the occasion, the company is giving a free week of patron (subscriber) status to everyone who logs in from now through March 7th. One of the perks of this is getting extra free daily rewards, so it’s a nice unlock.
RIFT is also in the middle of its anniversary Carnival of the Ascended event. Gamigo teased some extra possibilities for the next few weeks, saying, “Brace yourself for exciting activities that will make your anniversary month truly spectacular! Stay tuned for more thrilling news!”
