Mortal Online 2 players can no longer steal life from invincible NPCs thanks to the latest patch

The days of Mortal Online 2 players using invincible targets like vendors, priests, and training dummies as juice boxes are regrettably over. That’s thanks to the sandbox MMORPG’s latest patch, which stops the Lifesteal clade gift from working against these targets. You’re going to have to drink the essence of other targets instead. Look, there’s a fat, juicy rat just there! Sic ’em!

Obviously there are more things going on in this patch, but it’s the leading note in an update that’s mostly focused on adjustments. Other updates include changes to a couple of other clade gifts, the ability to use guars and razorbacks as mounts, pets now being picky eaters as they won’t eat foods they dislike, an increase of max guild size to 100, and other targeted updates to things like AI, UI, and visuals. It’s all spelled out in the notes, we just thought to lead off with the bad news for life-thirsty players.
