Here we go again.
Ready to head to Ala Mhigo in style? Final Fantasy XIV‘s second expansion, Stormblood, isn’t out until June 20th, but you can pre-order the expansion as of right now. Pre-orders are open for the normal version of the game, the digital CE, and the boxed CE, with the last on that list available exclusively via the Square-Enix online store. Of course, if you’re playing the game on Steam, you’ll need to wait a bit longer, as the expansion can only be pre-ordered on that platform in May.

Pre-order players will be able to get early access to the expansion starting on June 16th regardless of the edition pre-ordered; players who pick up the digital or physical CE will also have a variety of additional in-game bonuses to boot. There’s a thread available to answer common questions for players who want to know when they can unlock Red Mage (and presumably the other new job-or-jobs), so it’s worth a glance if you’re on the fence about pre-ordering.
