Final Fantasy XIV prepares for this year’s ghostly All Saints’ Wake

Spooooooopy

It’s time to get thoroughly spooked out in Final Fantasy XIV as All Saints’ Wake returns once again. This year is even more spooky than normal, to boot; players will be able to pick up two adorably spectral minions, sure to delight anyone with a dedication to the aesthetics of this season. But in order to get those minions, you’ll first have to clear the haunted masquerade at the heart of the demonic Continental Circus!

Sure, that isn’t actually all that intimidating because the Continental Circus has a plot to let through armies of Voidsent every single year and none of them actually work out, if for no other reason than it would be odd for the world to end as part of a holiday event. But there is most definitely a new masquerade for players to experience, so get ready to see what horrors (or intended horrors) are on display when the event kicks off on October 18th. It’s very spooky.
